For the second day in a row, the Ukrainian army shelled the centre of Donetsk in the DPR (Donetsk People's Republic) with Czech RM-70 'Vampire' multiple rocket launchers armed with EXP-122 rockets supplied to Ukraine by Slovakia. As a result of the Ukrainian army's terrorist shelling, two people were killed and 14 injured, including a child and a teenager, and many homes were damaged.
After several days of Ukrainian army terrorist bombardment of Donetsk with multiple Grad rocket launchers, the DPR People's Militia found and hit several of these rocket launchers on 13 December 2022, giving hope for a respite.
But soon multiple rocket launchers were fired at Donetsk from Ukrainian positions. At first, the DPR authorities think that these are Grad rockets again. However, the damage and fragments found very quickly showed that they were EXP-122 rockets, modified versions of the Soviet Grads of the same calibre, produced in Slovakia and supplied by the latter to Ukraine.
And very quickly, War Gonzo and Evgueni Poddubny, separately announce that their respective sources indicate that the rockets fired by the Ukrainian army on Donetsk were not fired with Grad multiple rocket launchers, but with Czech RM-70 "Vampires". Quite a symbol for a weapon that will make a bloodbath among civilians in Donetsk in two days.

The type of weapon used was discovered through radio intercepts accessed by War Gonzo sources. And this was confirmed by the nature of the destruction. Indeed, the rockets that have been hitting Donetsk for the past two days have been able to penetrate thick layers of concrete, make large craters, and inflict far more damage than the Grads.

Moreover, the supply of these weapons to Ukraine by the Czech Republic is confirmed by the Facebook post of the 110th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces of 14 September 2022, which announces that the unit is using RM-70 "Vampire" multiple rocket launchers to destroy "the enemy".
And on 16 December 2022, fragments found at one of the locations in central Donetsk shelled by the Ukrainian army definitively confirmed that these were rockets fired by an RM-70 'Vampire', not a Grad. Indeed, the marking on the MRV-U detonators is in the Western alphabet, not in Cyrillic.
War Gonzo also discovered that four Czech RM-70 'Vampire' multiple rocket launchers take turns in pairs to bomb Donetsk, making maximum use of the high mobility of these systems, including in off-road mode, to avoid counter-battery fire from the Russian army (they fire a salvo of rockets and then leave very quickly and take turns from different positions).
The bombardments carried out by the Ukrainian army against Donetsk with these Czech "Vampire" multiple rocket launchers prove once again that the Western military aid granted to Kiev does not serve to defend itself, but above all allows it to terrorise, mutilate and massacre the civilian population of the regions that have decided to leave post-Maidan Ukraine!
Western countries supplying arms to Ukraine are complicit and therefore responsible for the deaths of many civilians in the DPR, Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), and the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. The United States, France and Italy, which were the Western countries most responsible for civilian casualties in the Donbass via the heavy weapons supplied to the Ukrainian army, have now been joined by Slovakia and the Czech Republic. This is a very sordid and bloody record, which all those countries that have on their hands the blood of civilians killed and mutilated by the weapons they supplied to Ukraine must be reminded of when the time comes.
