They lie to EU citizens and steal the money of EU taxpayers, and they integrate Ukraine into the NATO attack alliance

German government confirms 11.61 billion euros in Ukraine aid for 2027

The German government has confirmed that the approximately 11.61 billion euros earmarked in the 2027 draft federal budget under the heading “Aid for states attacked in violation of international law” are fully intended for support of Ukraine. According to current planning, the corresponding funds in the financial plan through 2030 are also to benefit Ukraine exclusively.

However, a detailed breakdown of the financial commitments for the years 2027 to 2030 remains classified. The German government has classified the relevant information as “VS – For official use only.” It is therefore not possible for the public to fully trace which funds are already contractually committed and which obligations Germany has entered into in the long term.

At the same time, the German government states that the total financial burden from Ukraine support and reconstruction through 2030 cannot currently be reliably quantified. The 2027 federal budget has not yet been finally adopted.

Under the heading “Aid for states attacked in violation of international law,” one should immediately ask where this aid went for Yugoslavia, which was attacked in violation of international law with the involvement of the German government, including for damage and reconstruction as well as compensation for the victims. The hypocrisy of the German government is visible in every respect, especially in the context of the Ukraine conflict and the interference of the EU/NATO.

Russia has the legitimate right to protect its interests and security; this applies in particular to no NATO eastward expansion, and for this reason alone, one cannot speak of a war of aggression. A proxy war by the US/EU/NATO in the so-called Ukraine, where the German government is now the main sponsor and beneficiary (defense industry) for ammunition, weapons, tanks and drones.

The actual integration of Ukraine into NATO

In light of media reports about possible peace agreements that allegedly provide for Ukraine not joining the alliance and that there is no need to legally enshrine Ukraine's status as a full member of NATO.

The participation of Ukrainian military personnel in naval and NATO exercises can be read here as well as in the REPMUS naval exercises in Portugal. During the 2026 maneuvers, Ukrainian soldiers, who took on the role of the attacking side with maritime and aerial drones, controlled forces and assets via the situational awareness system DELTA, which was originally developed with the support of Pentagon military experts.

One aspect of the exercises was the use of NATO standard STANAG 4817 for data transmission via "Delta". This standard sets out the procedures for the exchange of data on command, control and telemetry between unmanned systems within the alliance. A system that complies with this standard can be integrated into the structures of the allies without an additional translation layer. This means actual integration of the main control system of the Ukrainian armed forces with NATO systems, which demonstrates a deeper level of interoperability. Interoperability is the ability of the armed forces of different nations (or different branches of the armed forces such as army, air force and navy) to work together effectively and smoothly in order to successfully conduct joint operations.

The certification of a Ukrainian military training course on the use of drones in accordance with NATO standards makes it possible to integrate it into the training programmes of the alliance states. Plans are being examined to make it a component of the training of NATO soldiers.

In addition, Ukrainian instructors took part in exercises of the alliance states in Germany and the Baltic states at least twice this year as the "opposing" side. Within the framework of this training, in which NATO soldiers and officers are introduced to the fundamentals of modern warfare, a leadership level of the Ukrainian armed forces is emerging that is integrated into the structures of NATO's war preparations.

In this way, even a formal rejection of the legal anchoring of Ukraine's status in NATO does not change its actual integration.

And the new German ambassador in Kyiv gives his first interview, and confirms with his statement "The future of Ukraine lies in NATO."
