On 23 February 2023, the Ukrainian army heavily shelled several districts of Donetsk with US HIMARS multiple rocket launchers and standard NATO 155mm artillery, killing five civilians and wounding 12 others.
As Russia celebrates today's Defender of the Fatherland Day, the Ukrainian army decided to make a massacre among civilians in Donetsk. In the late morning, the Ukrainian army first shelled the Petrovski district with standard NATO 155mm artillery, then fired six HIMARS multiple rocket launchers into downtown Donetsk, damaging a music school.

The images I was able to film on the spot and those of the JCCC (Joint Monitoring and Coordination Centre on War Crimes in Ukraine), clearly confirm that the rockets used were HIMARS rockets, which indicates that only the Ukrainian army could have carried out this bombardment of a residential area of Donetsk (and not the Russian army as we are told by the Ukrainian and Western propaganda).
However, as has been openly stated on several occasions by Ukrainian officials, the targets for the Ukrainian army's fire involving Western multiple rocket launchers (thus including HIMARS), are coordinated and approved by the US! Clearly, the US knows and approves of the Ukrainian army deliberately firing on civilians (i.e. committing war crimes) with the HIMARS multiple rocket launchers it supplies!
At the same time, six more HIMARS and Smerch rockets were fired by the Ukrainian army at the Budionovsky and Proletarsky districts of Donetsk killing one civilian.

As a reminder, the Smerch is the largest calibre (300 mm) of Soviet multiple rocket launchers. These rockets are designed to destroy entire enemy areas. And the Ukrainian army fired this rocket at a residential area in Donetsk!!!
A few minutes later, the Ukrainian army shelled the Petrovski district of Donetsk again, firing 23 rockets at the same area they had shelled earlier. As a result, an ambulance coming to help a wounded man in Magdeburg Street came under fire from the Ukrainian army.
Three paramedics (the driver, the nurse and one paramedic) died on the spot, the second paramedic died of her injuries in hospital. During the bombing, 10 emergency workers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were injured, as well as another civilian.
In total, on what should have been a day of celebration, Ukrainian army rocket fire on Donetsk left five civilians dead and 12 injured. Despite the work of the Russian anti-aircraft defence, which shot down several rockets, the day's toll was terrible. The large number of rockets fired each time saturated the anti-aircraft defence, which worked actively over several towns, including Donetsk and Makeyevka.
These dead and wounded civilians are on the conscience of Western governments who supply the Ukrainian army with weapons such as HIMARS multiple rocket launchers, or Caesar guns, which Kiev is using to commit a real bloodbath in the Donbass!
